There is no end to our efforts to keep our hair beautiful from head to toe.  Going to the gym from the parlor doesn’t leave anything out.  But I don't even think about Sunaina's eyes.  But when I sit down to dress up, the first thing that comes to my mind is how to decorate my eyes.  Then I don't care anymore.  So Babaji's eyes are sometimes spoiled!  This is why regular eye care is needed.  Let's know some easy ways to take care of regular eyes.

 4.  To increase the flexibility of the eyes, keep looking at all the small objects in the house one by one lightly.

 5.  When sleeping at night, close your eyes and massage the eyelids lightly with the tip of your finger for 2 minutes.

 Sweet potatoes are rich in beta carotene which helps to improve eyesight and enhances eyesight in night light.

 

 Try to include in your daily diet foods that contain important elements such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin E.  In addition, it is necessary to eat foods rich in vitamin D.  Carrots, beets, papaya, etc. Nutritious vegetables and fruits should be eaten.  Here are some other things you can do to get regular eye care:

* Give the splash with clean water back from the outside.

 *Refrain from smoking.  If we can do whatever we do regularly, we will definitely get the results.
